Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
All guests participating in a Siesta Key Tiki Tours charter are required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to boarding. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of boating and water activities and releases Siesta Key Tiki Tours, its owners, captains, and crew from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in our tours.
Assumption of Risk
Boating and water activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, rough water, inclement weather, slipping, falling, and encounters with marine wildlife. By participating in a Siesta Key Tiki Tours charter, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.
Release of Liability
Guests agree to release, waive, and discharge Siesta Key Tiki Tours, LLC, its owners, operators, captains, crew, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in our tours, including claims arising from negligence.
Medical Conditions
Guests with medical conditions that may be affected by boating activities should consult their physician before participating. Please inform your captain of any medical conditions or mobility limitations prior to boarding.
Minor Participants
Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf. All minors must wear a USCG-approved life jacket while on board.
