Refund Policy
We want every guest to have a great experience — here's how we handle cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation by Guest
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled tour date will receive a full refund of the payment made. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your tour to a future date at no charge, subject to availability.
Cancellation Due to Weather
If we cancel your tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. We monitor conditions closely and will notify you as early as possible. Safety is always our top priority.
No-Shows
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour without prior notice will forfeit their full payment. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule, please contact us by phone at 941.855.1234 or via our contact form. Please have your booking confirmation number ready. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
