Work on the Water
Do you love the Gulf Coast, enjoy meeting people, and have a passion for the outdoors? Siesta Key Tiki Tours is a growing operation and we occasionally have openings for captains, deckhands, and support staff. If you love what we do and want to be part of the team, we'd love to hear from you.
USCG Licensed Captain
We're looking for experienced, USCG licensed captains with a passion for wildlife and customer service. Must have experience operating vessels in inter-coastal and Gulf waters. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Deckhand / Tour Guide
Assist captains during tours, help guests on and off the boat, and share your knowledge of local wildlife and history. Must be comfortable on the water and have excellent communication skills.
Reservations & Customer Service
Handle incoming booking inquiries, manage the reservation calendar, and provide exceptional customer service via phone and email. Must be organized, friendly, and detail-oriented.
